Was founded in February 2012 by three diverse women – a working mom, an adventurist and a student entrepreneur, who also happens to enjoy organized packing. The daily needs of these women sprouted the desire to open a one-stop shop where you can find all the things you need in keeping your stuff together, for a more de-cluttered lifestyle. KIT passionately brings practicality and affordability in organizing.

The company started out humbly with a store in Greenhills Theatermall, containing only a few travel bottles and containers. The travel bottles and containers flew out of the shelves within a few days after opening. Since then, the company increased its product line from travel bottles and containers, which comes in variety of sizes and colors, to TSA-approved pouches, waterproof bags, lightweight and colorful packing cubes, and the new addition, pillow bags.

Do I need to register before I can purchase online?
No. 🙂 You are not required to sign up in order to make a purchase. Although, it would help you a lot and make your shopping easier if you create an account already. That way, the next time you make a purchase, you won’t need to type in all your details again.
Can I have my orders returned or exchanged?
Orders may not be returned or exchanged for reasons other than factory related defects or damages. Items will be exchanged with the same items or other items with the same selling price. Only when the similar item for exchange is out of stock will the customer be allowed to return the item and be issued a refund. Items that are not in their original packaging when you received them (including tag price) will not be honored anymore.
Customers are advised to check the items delivered immediately upon receipt. Items found to have damages should be photographed and sent to us within 24 hours. Once we have assessed and approved your item, you may have it sent back to us via local courier (shipping fee is shouldered by the customer), and the replacement will be sent back via local courier also (shipping fee now shouldered by KIT). The customer is responsible for securely packing the item(s) to be returned or exchanged. Alternatively, customer may opt to directly exchange the item at any of the KIT store branches. Just don’t forget to bring the receipt. 🙂
When refund is granted to the customer, an allowance of 5 business days should be given to KIT to complete the transaction.
Can I deposit half of the total amount first? And the rest, COD?
We now accommodate Cash On Delivery (COD)service. We can do both bank deposit and COD payment combination for the moment.

How will you know if I already paid?
For bank deposit payments, you will have to email us a copy of the deposit slip as soon as you’ve made the payment.
For Globe GCash payments, we are automatically notified by Globe. But if you still wish to notify us, you may contact us here. 🙂
For credit card payments, we are also automatically notified by Paypal of your payment and order. We may email you again to confirm your order and payment, or just send you your package’s tracking number already. 🙂
Can I just pick up my orders at your store?
We do not have store branch pickup for website orders, but you may visit our branches and shop directly.

How much is the delivery fee?
We have a flat rate handling and shipping and handling fee of ₱100 for metro manila and P265 for provincial rate for those who want a more hassle free shopping experience. COD is temporarily disabled due to pandemic.

How long will you hold my order?
Your orders will be hold for 3 days after completing the checkout process, to give you ample time to make the payment. For bank deposit payments, please email us a copy of your deposit slip.
If you opt to pick it up at our store branches, please give us 2 days to prepare your items, after which, we will have your items on reserve for 5 days to pick them up.
For special or limited edition items, we will only hold your orders for 24 hours after completing final checkout, and 3 days for pick up. We will notify you if the items you ordered fall under this.
What if I already paid but the item I ordered is out of stock?
We try to keep the stocks on our website up to date. However, on rare occasions that we fail to update the stocks (and your order falls under backorders), or if your item is really out of stock, we will inform you via email immediately.
You will then have 2 choices. You may choose to wait for the items to arrive or you may request for a refund, and we will just inform you once the items are already available. An allowance of 5 business days should be given to KIT to complete the refund transaction. For Paypal payments, it will be refunded to your Paypal account at SRP. For example, you paid P500, P500 will be refunded back to your Paypal account.
Please note that for out of stock bottles and containers, they will be easily replenished. It will take, at most, 1 week delay in delivery. For bags, however, it might be 2 weeks up to a month in delay of delivery.
What are your payment options?
We have 4 payment options for you to choose from. You may opt to pay thru bank deposit (BDO), BPI, Globe GCash, credit card, Cash on Delivery for metro manila only (COD).

We have set up an account with Banco De Oro (BDO) and BPI to make sure that you’ll have a hassle-free shopping experience. You may deposit to any of their branches nationwide.
Account details will be given to you once your orders are finalized.
Who will deliver my orders?
We have partnered with one of the country’s best and most reliable local couriers to make sure that you get your orders safely and on time. Be assured that Xio Express Courier (within Metro Manila) or Cliqnship (Provincial) will securely deliver your orders right to your doorstep.
How do I order online?
How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
We try to get your orders to you as soon as possible. However, please be reminded to have at least 3 business days allowance (for Metro Manila), upon pick up of the items by the courier, before your orders arrive, and 7 business days (if outside Metro Manila).
For paid and confirmed orders made between Sunday to Wednesday before 9am, courier will pickup on Wednesday. For Wednesday to Saturday before 9am orders, courier will pickup on Saturday.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped out.
Please also indicate most updated cellphone details, landmark if any and email address. Some package can be delayed due to unreachable or wrong given address.

Can I do same day delivery via grab/lalamove?
We will try to accommodate rush orders with at least 1 day processing time for paid orders in Metro Manila. Grab/Lalamove will be shouldered by client and book by us. Standard shipping fee cannot be waived. Special orders will only be entertained after ordering from the website.
